City Hospitals Sunderland NHS Foundation Trust (CHS) is finalising its current development proposals for a new multi-storey car park at its site at Kayll Road, Sunderland.
As part of this process, we would like to discuss proposals with the local community so that any relevant feedback may be incorporated into the final scheme, prior to submission of a planning application to Sunderland City Council.
The event will be attended by a specially-assembled project team, including NHS representatives, who will be able to answer your questions on a range of topics including planning, design, access, construction, sustainability/green agenda issues and car parking amongst others.
